  Went to buy a couch today. Place has lots of options and a great little play area for kids. The sales people are hawks and follow you around. Many not very knowledgeable.

  I talked to Terri online about the warranty on my couch and how the frame seems to be broken and not only did she give me the information I needed, she also drew up a tech order for someone to come to the house in the next week or so to fix it. She was very lovely to deal with and went above and beyond what she needed to do. Thanks a million Terri, you rock!

  Nice customer service. The guys who helped us to wrap our things seems new and too slow. So decided not to wrap the furniture i bought but these guys were not careful to load it on my truck. When I got home saw a lot of scratches. Very dissapointing

  I am very pleased with Leon's. The sales agent was polite and I purchased the sofas wanted and I was done and home within a hour

  Terrible service, No help and brutal phone support. Ordered a Television on Black Friday and waited 6 weeks for the television to come in. Called in twice and was promised it would be delivered and did not hear back until I called the store in Regina Saskatchewan again. They told me it would take one more week to be delivered so that would be 7 weeks I would have to wait and nothing could be done for me to keep the sale or to make this experience a bit better, not even an apology so refunded the sale and picked it up at Best Buy that day. It was a Samsung 65" 4k television which i spent $1999.99 on. I will not recommend this location to anyone and definitely will never come back to this store again.
