    Then the manager came out and said we didn't qualify for price matching,,,, more fine print. Strike three!

    Great selection, decent prices, and the sales staff doesn't pressure. The store is kind of tucked out of the way in the warehouse district, they could maybe advertise a little better, but they have lots of floor space with quite an impressive selection of inventory populating it. Will shop here again.

    So we left, telling them that we wouldn't be back. We read through their price matching "fine print". Turns out that pretty much everything is excluded "clearance items, Boxing Day specials and time limited sales". (how many sales aren't time limited?)

    A huge collection priced well. Great customer service. But their 3rd party extended warranty is questionable.

    If they really appreciated our business and wanted us back, they might have considered offering us a partial reduction or something, other than saying "there it is in the fine print".

    We went in there to look at a couple of things. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything as we were only looking. We have purchased here in the past and the quality is there.

    Will not shop at Continental again. Late in 2017 we ordered a corner sectional couch for our newly finished basement family room. When it came in, we arranged for delivery. Unfortunately the movers could not get it down the stairs. Because we knew that there would be a restocking fee if we didn't purchase something else at Continental, we picked two Love seats and a recliner as we knew they would fit down the stairs. When we went to pay for them, "oh, you have to pay a restocking fee"....... Something in the fine print..........Strike one.

    Today, we had a Continental flier come in the mail. In this flyer, each love seat we had purchased was nearly $100 cheaper. A quick look at their policies told us that under 30 days since the purchase, if we found a lower advertised price, we could get the difference.. Off we went to the store. At first the sales person agreed to it, but only for store credit. Strike two.
