  We just came in to browse for a new sofa. Joey greeted us instantly and inquired as to what we were interested in. He narrowed our search down to two sets. After looking the whole store over ourselves, we were still down to the two he had recommended. With no pressure, he pointed out the pros and cons of each set. I actually felt so relaxed, we decided not to waste anymore time looking at other stores. I've had great quality and after support from previous Ashley purchases so we ordered the set we liked. The five year payment plan is always explained in detail and the terms are pretty simple. If you don't understand them, just ask. Thanks Joey!

  -The Manager lies and tells 1/2 truths then goes back on what she says. She is unprofessional & does doesn't care about customers as long as she gets the sales. She does not listen. She is constantly distracted and does not give you her full attention.

  Amazing staff, great product! The store manager was outstanding. She helped us while our sales person was busy with another client. She was friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. I would highly recommend Ashley’s to anyone shopping for furniture!
