  This place is a joke. Nothing but a poor experience ever since regina took over accounts for the yorkton store. Was told everything would stay the same but complete bull.. they got rid of many of the conveniences like etransfers, their online payment system never works not to mention they dont keep accurate records and then blame the customer when the store rep gives false info on a well i didnt hear that conversation so it obviously didnt happen.. they say they will look into things like damages on the stuff and then dont do anythig about it.. 2 years veen waitig for them to "fix" my living room set

  I've had a nightmare from purchasing products from aarons. I bought a leather set that was pre leased.didnt check it out at all, when it was delivered I found a ladies cardigan in it, cat scratches, Tabacco, hair, dirt. They came a week later to come get it and "clean it".. Brought it back in basically the same condition only this time some of the dirt was gone out of it. The district manager called me and said I van keep it or I can get something else. So I went down and picked something out. Which was another leather reclining set. Got my delivery yesterday and it was the WRONG SET! the one that was delivered was a fabric set. Today I had to escalate my complaint to their head office. The sales Rep is very hard to work with!!! Stay away from this company, I don't wish this stress on anyone else! Now I'm out the money I've paid on both sets, plus have to repair my floor and walls, and door from their delivery.

  Horrible customer service. Rude employees. I had been etransferring my payment and then they changed the e-mail address and didnt tell me instead called me and tried saying i hadnt paid and i owed them extra money for being late. Next month they stopped taking etransfers without notifying me. When they couldnt get a hold of me they started calling my work. When I called them back I was greeted with rudeness when i had done nothing wrong. Now they take payment from your bank which takes 3 to 5 bussiness days. Well they still call everyday asking where their money is. Worst experience I have ever had. Regret going through them!! NOT WORTH IT!!
