    Ordered the flowers for my dad's funeral from Unique. The ladies were wonderful to deal with and the flowers were absolutely beautiful

    I ordered a beautiful deluxe bouquet, online. However, what was delivered was quite lacking. I contacted the manager and she explained that what was received was exactly what was ordered. The only reason I'm giving two stars, instead of one, is because the staff were accommodating with changing the delivery date. Very disappointed in both the product and the customer complaint resolution. Will not order from here again.

    I placed an order online as I do not live in the city. The charge to my credit card was discrepant to that of my online order confirmation. When I phoned to ask about the discrepancy the manager was quite rude. All I was asking was why there is no disclaimer or notification that there is tax on the delivery as well. What is wrong with customer service these days???
