    The flowers were nice, but I had paid for a teddy bear to be delivered with them and my friend didn't get the teddy bear. We had to call the company and tell them it was missed. Plus I got an email of a successful delivery even though she wasn't there and bad to go pick them up the next day. Not super impressed, probably won't order from here again.

    Terrible experience for both myself and the friend I sent flowers to. I ordered my friend a 50$ bouquet and the next day when I went to her house, half the flowers were dead. I called growers to inform them of this and they agreed to deliver her a replacement bouquet. I told them to call my friend in advance before they made the delivery so she would not have to waste her day off waiting for replacement flowers. They called her to let her know they were on their way to deliver the flowers. She waited 2 hours and they did not show up. I called them back and was rudely put on hold for 5 minutes and forgotten about. Called them back again and they said they would deliver the flowers the last delivery of the day. They did not end up showing up at all. The next day they ended up delivering a new bouquet and a box of chocolates. The replacement bouquet they delivered were all cheap flowers, roughly a $20 value. The chocolates were a nice addition, but I paid for flowers, not chocolates. I called Growers again to speak with the manager. Turns out the person I had been dealing with the entire time WAS the manager. If you want a good customer experience and a quality product I recommend going thought another company.

    The flowers that arrived were in very poor condition and many of the flowers are now dead only a couple days later. The arrangement was approximately $115 in cost, and looked like a $20 arrangement.

    First, I liked their web site and the ease of seeing the bouquets with the variations based on price. I was planning to order on line but phoned to confirm that delivery would be at the end of day when my son and/or daughter-in-law would be home. I received a call back (long distance) when the phone number I gave them was somehow incorrect; they connected and re-routed the delivery to my daughter-in-law"s office. Son and daughter-in-law (and her office colleagues!) were all impressed with the bouquet. And, they waived the delivery charge because I was planning to order on line.

    I called the store to express my concern, and received very disappointing customer service. My family did not receive any form of apology for the inappropriate timing of delivery or condition of the flowers, and they did not seem concerned at mediating the problem.

    Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday at her place of work. I understand they can't guarantee delivery time, however, I put that she worked until 4, and they were there by eleven, only an hour and a half after ordering. She loved them, and they are beautiful. Thank you!

    My families experience with Growers Direct on Quance St. was AWFUL! My husband ordered flowers for my grandma after my grandfather passed away. The flowers were delivered at 9:30pm with no phone call or notice that flowers were to be coming. All of the lights were off, and they rang the doorbell several times and waited for someone to answer.
