  Left the lake early today to return items from our fundraiser event at Gales before Canada Day. Sad to be told - "we do not take returns" today when during my visit to purchase - I was told "returns with receipt". We will need to select a different business to patron.

  I was at Gale's for art and picture framing supplies. They offered an excellent choice and reasonable pricing. This was my first visit and I was impressed by their range of product and their friendly, helpful staff. All in all a good experience.

  Bad customer service. Needed help finding things... went out of my way to ask twice and still same response. She didn’t give me any other suggestions of what I could use or anywhere else I could look. And even at the till while paying I felt she was still very rude.
