  This is my third time ordering flowers here. The service is phenomenal, they are honest, and their patience is very forgiving. On my last order, Gale's called to check if I really wanted the three identical items the online shopping cart had added. Further, the day of delivery, I emailed back and changed the delivery date by a week. Finally, I emailed again because the delivery time had changed. Gale's was always accommodating.

  Debbie at this location just went above and beyond for my gift basket request. I wanted to send over a gift basket to a dear friend of mine at the hospital and Debbie was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to personalize the gift basket. She was extremely professional with following up, and was able to take the initiative to find the room number to ensure a great delivery. It's rare to find such great customer service these days - this will forever be my go-to spot for flowers and gifts in Regina moving forward!

  Wonderful! Just Wonderful! Easy to work with, the arrangements were always beautiful. Same day or next day delivery! I live out of the city and did everything by phone. I will always highly recommend gale's!

  I called last minute from BC (Of course its last minute.... Im always last minute) and Debbie went out of her way to get my order delivered!! Wow. I don't miss the freezing cold back home but do I ever miss dealing with people like Debbie! Thanks again for the outstanding service :)
