  Worst organization I have ever had to deal with. They had the audacity to tell me they would not waive probate on my Mom's estate. She hadn't passed away. We were trying to honor the wishes of our terminally ill Mother and Credit Union did nothing but put up roadblock after roadblock. I was made to feel that what we were doing was immoral and illegal. This was after I had obtained legal advise on how to ensure we could do what our Mother wished. My Mother was a long time member in good standing and Credit Union thought they should determine what was appropriate for her to do with her own money. I had to go to my Mother in Hospice and tell her wishes would not be honored. Unbelievable. Disgustingly unprofessional behavior. They need to be held accountable in the court of public opinion. If you bank with Credit Union this may happen to you. Have a say in how you get to handle your life savings when the time comes to leave it your family. Don't let Credit Union decide for you.

  My experience with this credit union has been consistently positive - I find the employees both professional and courteous. My Credential money managers provide sound, reliable advice and service. Everyone that I’ve met has struck me as being knowledgeable and trustworthy.

  Birthday. I always cash in their cheques, and have never had a problem. The teller asked me "do I know these people", well of course I do. The cheque was made out to my name. She also told me that I had to have "double" the amount that was in my account to deposit the money. Another red flag, because I had never been told that when I cashed a cheque. She rolled her eyes at me and told me she "wasn't going to loose her job over $100". Such terrible customer service and I will be speaking to a manager about this. I can understand as a bank they would want to protect themselves against people who aren't being truthful about where their money is from, but here at conexus they kept prying and prying where the money was from that was extremely out of line on their part as a bank. Won't be dealing with them ever again.
