  Very upset. Spent half hour calling about returning a product I had bought only two days prior with no return/exchange restrictions verbally said, on display tag or on the receipt with nothing but no answer. Drove into Regina (as I figured their "unless your not completely satisfied within 30 days" policy would apply regardless) to find out they won't return it from a manager that could barely speak English and was ignorant towards me. Don't waste your time with this business, obviously don't care about their customers, our time or even the gas I wasted driving into the city. My biggest gripe is with the manager, get someone who can be understood, that understands English and is actually focused on customer satisfaction.

  0 star for customer service. When something went wrong on the product. Staff will tell you they can't do anything about it. Especially the phone sellers, they are only approachable when you are buying. As soon as i showed the phone that i bought, i wasn't even done speaking and the east indian guy was already telling me to go to a place i don't even know. Other east indian phone sellers around him were laughing when my husband got mad after the guy had told me to that place somewhere. Not even listening to what i was saying. GEEK SQUAD don't buy that too. We wasted our money on that. The geek squad didn't even fix our tv. It was just past 9 months when we bought it. They said the warranty is only 9 months! Don't let your money go to waste. If something went wrong to your phone. Make sure you call your service provider. My service provider phoned me and told me i can come back to best buy and replace my phone. Thanks to Bell and not to Best Buy.

  The boxing day promotions on phones are not so simple as they are described in the flyer or in the store!. No one will let you know when they are out of stock. After waiting for soooooo long, we were told of different conditions! the colour of the phone was not available, actually, only black was, although in the flyer there were 4 or 5 of them. The conditions of promotions described under the phone exhibit, are not complete! It appeared that there were far more conditions! it was not cheap at all. Please make sure that you have all the information before you buy any phone. They do not even give you to read the contract you are signing! Be very careful!

  One of the worst shop in Regina. From the past year, day by day the quality of this shop is going down dramatically.Especially the workers over there is not a good service and there is not enough stocks, everything is online. Never buy the geek squard its the expensive one and they replace with the any damaged item with local products. I will never recommend it. Few years back best buy was good now its no, they don’t want their customers back.

  As good as any other Best Buy I guess, where else you going to buy consumer electronics these days? Parking lot tends to fill up quickly and unless you live in the East end of the city it's completely out of the way of everything else. I'd recommend ordering from Amazon before going here, but if you need something in a hurry this place is always there.
