  I visited Tylor Auto Body twice this year. Both times I had great service from both front and back staff.

  The day after, which is today, I looked around my car in broad daylight, there are new scratches everywhere, one new dent. They must have "cleaned" and damaged my car body with cloth or things like that with lots of sands or grits. The weird grease they used to "clean" my car are still wet inside my car and if I wipe with tissue papers then the tissue paper gets very dirty. The stained my driver's side leather seat in dirty blue, and I do not know how to clean it. Maybe this was a result of their "cleaning" agent left on my seat which absorbed the color my trousers? I am still not sure!

  I regret that I have not taken some pictures before I turned my car to them. But even if I take pictures I still cannot take picture of everything, right? If the shop is not a trustworthy one, no matter what precaution customers take, they will always find ways to gouge customers, right? How can such a reputable TOYOTA related place treat customer like this. I do hope that the person or persons who did this on me will, sooner or later, be treated the same way when they need other people's service. I ask the owner of Taylor Auto Body, would you be happy if you are treated this way?

  I am very disappointed with Taylor Auto Body. In comparison with this place, my wife's experience with Dilawri was very good. My recommendation is to avoid this place if you are wise. They treat people really differently according to who you are. The choice is yours, dear readers!

  I really regret that I went to this body shop because I have been trusting the TOYOTA brand for long time. It was an extortion considering the low quality replacement I received and the damage they did on my car. The value of my car was significantly reduced by them. What made me feel so bad is that I trusted them so much and thought they have better ethical standards than %^&*, but it turned out they are no better. It was a betrayal.

  Kevin and the rest of the staff were great ! Highly recommend going to this dealer shop and getting factory parts instead of jobber parts .

  When I picked up my car, I found lots of paint residuals stuck tough on my car body. Mostly yellow but some white. They said it was not done by them, even though it was fresh new. Apparently, someone must have driven my car on newly painted road! Talked to one of the ladies there, two are supposed to come out and inspect, just one of them showed up, and what she tried was to wipe with a cloth and some kind of a spray. She was asking the question why the other lady did not come out as she is supposed to come out and she apparently has higher authority. What I was told was that the car has never left their premises, and there was no way of my car getting those paint residuals! They also told me that if I want the paint residuals removed, it will be another claim. Yes, they can then earn more money, again. Smart!

  My RAV4 engine hood had a very small paint chip damage (1/2 size of a penny) done by a glass shop when they replaced my windshield. I went to Taylor Auto Body for repair. (I was referred to Taylor Auto Body by Taylor TOYOTA in August when the RAV4 was serviced, and was told that Taylor Auto Body is their body shop). They replaced it with a very old and dirty hood instead which had even more damage than my own, and the job was done in a shoddy way even on the replacement one. The engine hood does not fit tightly: I can easily stick my hands in and lift it up and down a bit. This means that my engine is not protected in case of rain. It vibrates when I drive at high speed. In addition, the replacement hood's paint was already scraped on one edge. Even more shocking, the replacement hood was even in another shape. Is my car still a RAV4 with this replacement hood in different shape? Please answer me, TOYOTA, according to your high standards!
