  When I was waiting to speak to a service representative I overheard your dealings with a middle aged woman who was obviously an office professional type of person. Your attention to her and honest and helpful information was a breath of fresh air. If you treat the least mechanical minded in such a manner you have my vote.

  I am impressed. I was looking at a $750 plus repair bill when a Driven mechanic did some astute troubleshooting and solved a tricky problem for $50. Needless to say, that fifty buck solution speaks volumes about Driven's professionalism and honesty. In addition, the reception staff were courteous, understanding and communicated at the highest level. They deserve five stars from me, for sure.

  Very happy with the service I received from Driven. Was recommended to take my car there by Ryan. He lives in my apartment complex and when he noticed I was having trouble he came to help me when my car didn't start. I spoke with Curtis on the phone who is polite and patient. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. They are fair and trustworthy, and I will be glad to take my vehicle back for any repairs and maintenance.

  I had a mechanical problem , they got me in quick, fixed it and got me on my way. Very friendly staff and I would recommend this place.

  It was so nice to talk to a service advisor who was a mechanic and well versed in the actual needs of my truck. I am well aware of what should be done in a tune up of my 5.3 Chev at the 150 thousand km range and it was a relief to not be up sold like the dealers try. I was asked about my scheduled maintenance and I have kept it current to the manufacturer recommend intervals. My daughter had recommended you as an honest shop and she certainly was right. I have now started to do the same. Great shop at a good rate, my bill was $20 less than I authorized, small thing but it shows your attention to service.
