  Every vehicle I have purchased from a dealership has came from Dilawri BMW Regina. The staff, in every department, is top notch!! My recent purchase was a 2014 335i with M package and every upgrade. Dave Smith did a great job communicating with me over the phone and email while waited to pick up the car. The warranty coverage for leased vehicles is a great deal as well!! Couldn't be happier with the new car and knowing I have a superior dealership and service department to help me out anytime. Thanks Dave!!

  My First time buying a BMW from outside of Ontario and let me tell you this Dealership is amazing they will work with you on your fixed budget. to get you the car you like and the payments you can afford. FIRST OF ALL I WANT TO TAKE THE TIME OUT TO THANK DAVE SMITH FOR PUTTING UP WITH MY NAGGING,CRYING AND COMPLAINS, I'm sure at some point Dave wanted to tell me to go somewhere else but he handle the situation professionally, he assured me the truck will be safe with the freight company they use to transport the car from Regina to Ontario, and even when i got the truck i was still complaining and he took the time to assist me and ensure everything was ok, he responded to all my emails and answered all my calls, this guy is not there for the buck he's there to make all his customers happy and to sell cars, suvs & trucks //(*_*)\\

  My experience at BMW has mostly been with the service team but they are the main reason I would continue to support the brand. Whenever I have to visit the dealership Arcady clearly explains to me what they are doing to my vehicle and why. The customer service experience I have had with Arcady has been such that I would buy another BMW based off of it.

  Dave's friendly attitude and attention to detail made shopping a pleasant experience, which was a sharp contrast to many dealerships we had experienced during our search for the perfect car. Dave provided the time and information we needed for all queries, and after the sale that followed, he gave my wife and I a feeling of confidence after choosing Dave and Dilawri Regina for our BMW. Dave patiently explained everything we needed to know about the car after we purchased it, which made our sales experience and drive back home to Saskatoon top notch.
