    Never take your car to CAA. Sue MacLaren, I call her "the Grinch" lady at the front desk wanted to charge me $30 just to have the technician look at broken clamp which even a little kid can identify as broken. It takes just 2 SECONDS to figure out if it is broken. I simply wanted a price quote for replacement and she would not tell me until I pay $30 to know the price quote. Are you F kidding me! I went to Napa auto and without spending a penny to technician I got my price quote and will have it done by them. CAA has lost me and all my friends for good! Good luck CAA!
