  Cost nearly $1,000 to have the ETM changed on our Volvo and 2,000 kms later it's bad again, a hazard to drive. But what bothers me most is, he is NOT your friend, not friendly, doesn't act like he wants your business, isn't helpful in the least, acts like the customer is stupid, and even with our stack of thousands of dollars worth of his business, isn't quite willing to run a simple diagnostic under warranty on a problem that came from his work and/or faulty part, until he's 100% confident it was his part that failed (after which he would find an excuse to charge you anyway)

  I've been going to Brad for 4 years to get my Land Rover serviced. He does great work and is very transparent about what needs to be done on your vehicle. I've had no issues with Brad and I will continue to give him my business.
