  All I can say is thank goodness my car is part of the emissions suit cause this thing is going on buyback and they damn well better be fair on the appraisal of that because I've paid way more than enough and I'm just done!

  Ahmed at Taylor Volkswagen is the man to see. He was incredibly friendly and very patient with us as we took our time deciding on the right vehicle. In the end he did everything he could to get us the car we wanted at a price that was perfect. He went above and beyond for my wife and I. On top of that the overall experience was just top notch. I am biased towards Volkswagen but it's all about the sales experience that made this purchase that much better.

  I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I have received from the service and parts department. Nick in the service area was awesome to deal with from start to finish. He went through everything in detail that was done to my vehicle and he also helped to start my corrosion warranty process. I will definitely be a returning customer to this location.

  I've been a customer of Taylor VW, and specifically Steve Gamble, since 2007 and I have always felt that I was VIP in every dealing I've had with them. They've always made me feel like I was a special customer and I always appreciate their willingness to assist me with whatever problem I've managed to get myself into with my cars. One loyal customer here.

  Had my car in today and was told my extended warranty had expired, didn't even get a courtesy call to advise me of such when it did run out. My parents helped me last year, pay for replacing I think the fuel injector pump or pistons or something which we got " a deal" on to the tune of $4000.00 which I feel was not warranted. I believe that problem came from a serious accident I was in but vw could not say yes it was from that or no it was not so they didn't put it in the SGI report which i think is B.S.!

  I could go on and on about how they nickle and dime you. Long story short, extended warranty nil and I now apparently need like $3000.00 worth of work! Go figure.

  Nico and Jamie made the process of buying my first car super easy! Would definitely recommend these two! They are very patient people and answered all the questions I had. Great customer service, and beautiful selections of vehicles! Volkswagen is a must visit when looking for a new vehicle!
