  I ended up getting a used Mercedes Benz GLK 350 that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Calvin Rhead as he is an extremely easy guy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and a very customer friendly person.

  I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. Calvin Rhead took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. The best part was that he even drove the car to my work for a Test drive as I was not able to take out time to visit the dealership due to my busy schedule.

  I scheduled an oil change and maintenance check over the phone. She scheduled it for a Saturday. I specifically asked if I could get a shuttle ride home while they work on the vehicle. She said that would be fine, no problem. When I arrived with my vehicle, expecting to get a shuttle ride home the lady that took the car in said they couldn't give me a ride home and that nobody works as a driver on the weekends. I had to pay an extra $30.00 for a cab ride home. They didn't offer to pay for it and didn't seem to care either way. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience, nor for their secretary misleading me. You would think that a high end luxury dealership would at least have a driver during the weekend or offer to give a shuttle ride home. Pretty pathetic service for such a well known brand name.
