  From a humble beginning this place grew up and expanded during the years. I used to go to this place when he was a small little cafe in downtown and love their pastries and drinks. They started roasting your own coffee with their own twist which was a great idea. Still a treat to go there and have a cinnamon bun with a cup of coffee

  Very nice modern chic, downtown cafe. Serving espresso, cold beverages and teas and the best cinnamon buns you'll ever taste! Cinnamon buns are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays and is suggested to call ahead to order, you definitely don't want to be disappointed with them all being gone when you arrive! The service is very kind, hospitable and welcoming.

  Amazing Cinnamon Buns!!!! Seriously, the best I've ever had hands down. Great spot to eat in general with many healthy options to choose from.

  A gem in Regina. Run by a wonderful family, the Green Spot has been a goto while downtown for years. The Saturday morning cinnamon bun run is a regular and a must try. They are also one of the few places in the city that roast their own beans if you are a home gamer coffee fan as they sell beans too. Their new location is top notch, and it's a pleasure to see a great business grow.
