  I hadn't gotten my hair cut in a long time but I was very comfortable and my hair feels and looks great after the refresh. I have curly hair and was happy that I could put my hair in the hands of one of their stylists that is trained in this area! The staff is very friendly and answered all of the questions I had about my hair. It was easy to book an appointment and I will definitely go back.

  I would not recommend this spa to anyone who expects courtesy, honest communication and basic customer service. Amanda charged me double for a cut and colour indicating that I did not show up for my last appointment. She knew full well I missed my last appointment as I was home sick with the flu. No conversation about the double charge when I informed her I was ill on the phone or when I re-booked after I got well. Instead she blind sided me at the end of my appointment saying that I would double charged because she can't afford to be stood up. I said I thought she would be more understanding of the fact I was ill to which she did not have a response but looked at me with a blank stare. She then said that she would not book me again unless she charged my credit card at booking. The nerve! I will gladly take the thousands of dollars I used to spend at this spa per year and go spend it with an organization that is honest, transparent and understanding with their clients. Take some customer services training!
