  I went in for a pretty major haircut and it did not turn out in my favour! My hair is uneven, and chunky. Especially at the back and underneath. I can’t put my hair up because the underparts of my hair are so different from side to side that it looks ridiculous. There is at least an inch difference and the left side is so short and chunky to the point where I can’t use my straightener and that’s what I need to use to style the cut I wanted. When I got home and looked at the back (she did not show me the back while I was there) I was very disappointed. The stylist kept making references to some things she was doing with my hair that made me nervous and I had good reason to be. I paid $45 for my cut and now have to pay to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

  I have never felt so uncomfortable while getting my hair done. Not worth the money and wish I could ask for my money back. She disregarded the length I requested and didn't discuss how I wanted it cut before she began chopping. And I mean chopping away like Edward scissor hands. I asked for layers but what i received was chunks. The price was reasonable (if I had received good service), and they got me in quickly within my schedule but that's it for the positive things I can say. Two other hair dressers were present and should have seen what I could not. The back of my head looks like someone cut my hair blindly. I have posted a pic for reference and it should appear within the album that shows the store and the outside of the mall. Please go somewhere that will train their staff before charging you for something that will make you cry.
