  This new building is terrible. No tellers open. Line up is out the door at 3pm. Thinking it's time to switch banks

  Always flustered when I enter and customer service has never answered the phone once when called. Had important and urgent documents that were supposed to be ready in advance to sign there, Customer service had them but had no idea how to actually complete them. Other branch claims they have never received documents

  After over 20 years of being a member at TD, the branch I go to has closed and I didn't receive a single notification to tell me. I booked into to meet a financial advisor before tax season. Not only did they call 1 hour before my apt to cancel on me. They set up a new meeting and forgot to tell me it's at the new branch. Terrible service. I trusted TD and now more than ever I feel like just a number. I will be switching banks.

  I was very upset. 'Barry Zhu' he could just explain me the other way but he just wanted to finish the work Asap. Well.. I don't think I was acting like dumm but, I STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND why I have got treat like that.

  Love the staff, it's almost fun coming in and talking with the staff. They always seem to care about how your day is going and stuff like that. Lines can get long and tedious though..

  I went to td bank today for exchange CAD into my back home money. And the rate was way lower then what I checked on the internet. So I asked the lady there and she said that is what you can get it. Well, I understand why she was saying that but, I was still curious. So I asked her again and then the guy 'Barry Zhu' he is telling me " Are you coming here arguing? So, do u want to exchange or no?"
