    The gentlemen that works the business line full time is terrible with customer service he never smiles or makes you feel good about banking there. However Ian is amazing i would enjoy every bank interaction if all staff had service like Ian!

    been trying to call all day yesterday & all morning. no one picks up. why have a phone if you arent gonna be picking up.

    This branch and Bank has become an absolute joke. They lost my company bank deposit. I can't get a hold of anyone. They no longer have business account managers like they used to. No more hands-on customer service like the old days. May have to take all my business to other Banks.
