    Never ever go to this branch. Its very hard to reach Customer Service Representative here. Even if you get hold of someone, they do not provide right information to you. Very misleading!!!!

    One of the worst branches in the city, you can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they give you false information and say that they can't do anything about it, they never reply to their voice mails no matter if you're contacting an adviser or their "Customer service supervisor". This branch is the reason why I closed my accounts with ScotiaBank. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
