  Try to get ahold of a human for to answer one simple question.. apparently I have to go to my grandparents and dig out and ancient fax machine as that appears to be the only way to communicate with this archaic and outdated excuse for a public service.

  Called about 100 times as I desperately need to get a hold of someone at cra. Never once got through. I even called repeatedly before and after their opening hour. It went from closed to full agent cues literally in a matter of seconds. What a disgraceful system. I truly believe they simply don't want to help people.

  Absolutely useless. The website is garbage and doesn't help at all; and no matter what day you call you never get through. What a joke.

  These are pretty reasonable people to deal with. They are very polite, always return calls, and handle disagreements with a high degree of professionalism.
